Delivery AreasWe currently offer delivery to Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.If your address is outside our delivery zone, please contact us to check availability or arrange an alternative.

 

Delivery TimesSame-Day Delivery: Available on orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to stock and delivery capacity.Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays).You will receive an estimated delivery time slot once your order is confirmed.

 

Delivery FeesLocal Delivery (within 3 miles): £3.00Extended Delivery (3–7 miles): £5.00Free Delivery: For orders over £50.00 (within our local delivery zone)Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Order ProcessingAll orders are processed promptly. If any items are unavailable, we will notify you by email or phone to arrange a substitution or refund.Fresh meat, groceries, and perishable products are packed carefully to maintain quality during transport.

 

Click & CollectWe also offer a free Click & Collect service:Place your order online or by phone.Choose a collection time slot.Collect from our store at:4 Hillchurch Street, ST1 2EXYou must bring your order confirmation or a valid ID when collecting.

 

Missed DeliveriesIf no one is available at the delivery address:We may leave the order in a safe place (if instructed by you).Alternatively, we will contact you to rearrange delivery.Re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

 

Shipping of Perishable ItemsWe take extra care when handling fresh meat and perishable groceries.All perishable items are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging.We recommend being available to receive your order at the scheduled time.We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage if you are not present to receive the delivery.
